• Mentors are not responsible for profits or losses.

• Atulyam does not operate or manage any student trading account.

7. Code of Conduct
We may suspend or terminate access if the student engages in:

• Abusive or disrespectful behavior

• Class disturbance

• Misuse of groups

• Recording or sharing content

• Cheating or malpractice

• No refund will be provided upon termination.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All videos, PDFs, notes, recorded sessions, strategies, indicators, and website content are the exclusive property of Atulyam Trading Institute.
Users may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or publicly share any content without written permission.
Legal action may be taken for violations.

9. Restrictions on Recording & Sharing

• Live classes cannot be recorded.

• Screen recording and screen sharing are strictly prohibited.

• Course content cannot be shared on YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, or any social platform.

10. Privacy Policy

• We do not sell or misuse user data.

• Internal recordings may be used to improve training quality.

11. Access Duration & Updates

• Course access is valid only for the duration mentioned during enrollment.
