Returns & Refunds policy

1. Cancellation Window You can request course cancellation within 24 hours of enrollment. Cancellation requests must be sent through registered email or official support contact.

2. Refund Eligibility A full refund will be given only if course access has not been activated and no content has been used. No refunds will be provided once training starts or materials are accessed.

3. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
